What do I do if my payment goes through but I don't get a order confirmation? 

DON'T Panic!! We are here for you. Email us at Support@blackfunkystore.com and tell us what happened. We'll process your order from our end. :))

Delivery

Black Funky offers Pan India delivery within 5-7 business days. Our Delivery partners are Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express
Exchange

We have a 7 days free and easy no questions asked exchanges for the same or different products right from your doorstep or store credit in case of returns. No refunds in bank due to the high cost of shipping and exchanges we do not want to pass on to our customers. Extremely sorry for that though !

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Cancellation

You can place request to cancel the order within 6 hours of placing it.
